Sorry for the spam @MacroDroidDev. I have my phone plugged into android studio and dumping the event log. Is there any way to see the alarm event sending to the clock and see if it fails? I don't see anything so far, but the log is quite verbose so I need to figure out how to filter it...

I also downloaded the google clock app and disabled the stock clock. Same functionality. Testing the alarm sets an alarm fine, but trying to do it through a calendar event fails.

Yeah I am using the stock app that comes with the OnePlus os. When I test the alarm it gets added fine. Should I try another alarm app? Any suggestions if so and how might I connect that to macrodroid? Should I open a new thread like another said? Thanks all for the help

Welp still stuck apparently. The trigger fires but it won't start an alarm now. I swear it worked once.

Awesome looks like that was it! I guess I assumed that the title there was telling me to name the trigger. Thanks so much!

I am having real trouble getting my calendar events to trigger. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
