Need help uploading files to Telegram bot

Hi,

I am trying to upload files via telegram but using http request action but whatever I tried to do, ended up as a failure.

Here is url I am trying to use: https://api.telegram.org/bot{v=telegramToken}/sendDocument

Could someone help me the configuring the action?

I'm not in any way familiar with the telegram api but as first observation the url above looks suspicous. Should there be a / after the bot text?

It's worth posting more information such as the exact error message you are seeing.
