Set Vibrate to Silent disables DND

When I set the "Vibrate Enable/Disable" action to Silent (vibrate on), it turns off my Do Not Disturb. I think this is new with Android 13, as I don't recall ever having this issue, and I've been using this command/macro for years. I would add a command to reenable DND but the options in Macrodroid don't match my custom DND options in Android. (starred contacts, specific apps)
Can anyone else replicate this?

Do not disturb disables vibration, so it makes sense that it would be turned off when vibrate is on. I don't know if there's a solution for that.

I initially thought that, but if I set the action to "Vibrate when ringing (on)" it does not affect my DND setting.
