Figured out the problem ... Even if you have checked case insensitive using regex still you have to include in regex expression thats...

For example we have set of phrases in regex (Jack John|Mary Jane|Peter Parker|Bruce Wayne) It will not match any phrase from set but...

Its working if we use pop up before writting file but with strange behaviour it doesnot work with multiple set of words to match from or...

All other macros are working fine and getting results but this particular macro word1 whitespace Word2 is not working and its the regex...
