You cannot change the name of item or use Magic texts on Macro, Action Blocks, Variables, Shortcut link type of items. You can only do it with Text and App launcher items.

It works from settings, but not from the macro. It's specific to MOTO g30, it works fine from macro on 2 Galaxy devices.
