As an alert I have set up smtp email notification. If for some reason internet is not available mail sending fails with an error. Is it possible to set up some retry policy with exponent time increasing?

Hi! I have set up macro to redirect sms to smtp. Overall it works fine, but if I receive an sms with cyrillic text it converts to question marks (like ???? ? ??????) Is it possible to add some method to convert cyrillic text to unicode?
