Alarm sound setting & deleting

I write this macro to define an alarm titled as "BG test". The alarm (2h-alarm) will be made on the phone if I shake the phone and flip the phone down within 5s. I hope to change the notification sound of this alarm and delete this alarm (titled "BG test") from my alarm list after it is engaged. Anybody can help me to finish these two steps in the macro? Thanks for any instruction in advance.

a one-off custom alarm is automatically deleted after it fires
unfortunately I don't think there is a way to change the ringtone
one workaround is to change beforehand the default alarm ringtone of your device so this ringtone is used for any alarm created by macrodroid
I'm still grappling on how to do this for Google Clock app on Samsung !
if someone knows let's post this trick 😊

Instead of the set alarm action, you could just use a wait action followed by a play sound action.

The fired alarm still remains in my phone alarm list though it is inactive. My phone is powed by Huawei Harmony OS.

Samsung and Xiaomi here. Alarm is one-off and relative and after it fires it goes away. I use Google Clock as default clock app.
What exact settings and clock app you use ?

btw. a play sound is not exactly same as an alarm, you must make a loop playing the same sound and have a way to stop this loop too, too much work in place of a simple alarm, maybe the disable alarm action is "delete" really ? (I haven't used it)

The clock app is built in Huawei Harmony OS. The fired alarms stay in the list but inactive.
'Disable alarm' action will pop up my alarm list in my phone system.
