This macro is similar to many other block screen macros but differentiates in that it prevents back button pressed when using Swipe Gestures (a feature that immersive mode can't acomplish)
It reads your system logcat (only when macro running) to detect action back button pressed, and locks screen.
Haven't tested it on any other device besides mine to check whether it works. Please test and see if it works for you! All feedback is apreciated!
Feel free to improve it and give me your thoughts.
(Perhaps i can make the logcat search for something more generic?)
