Can macrodroid be ported to Chromecast?

I see this being an exciting new use for macrodroid. Being that chromecast uses Android OS it seems this would be an entire new market.

If you've got the app on your phone you can export it to an .apk and then sideload it on the device

I did this successfully but can't get past the initial welcome screen in macrodroid. Any ideas?

Does the TV remote allow you to use left and right arrow keys? There are a few screens to scroll past.
