Does Macrodroid support multiple contents/values during matching screen contents in trigger or action?

The correct way to do it is with multiple triggers so you are doing the right thing.

As we generally see more Japanese users than Chinese ones, I made the mistake on the language. I speak or understand few occidental languages but, unfortunately, none of the Asian continent... Hope I didn't offend you.

You must not change system language but just add a new language to your keyboard (hope it's possible with your device: I use Gboard and it works fine with 3 languages). Otherwise it's not a matter of laziness but of inconvenience...
