How to get x,y location

I've made a little macro to find the coordinates on the screen via System settings
It toggles the pointer position on/off by a Notification Bar Button

Can i use show_refresh_rate to toggle refresh rate? Where can I find the syntax of the system variables?

I havent tryed the refresh rate settings, I'm using Galaxy Max Hz for that
I think you should take a look at this, but be carefull
