How to translate tasker task to macrodroid?

Hi Iam new to macrodroid. Iam trying to convert this tasker task found in this reddit thread to macrodroid macro. Can someone guide me how to do this?

Yes. But that is not complete. It doesn't work like it works with tasker. What the person has done is selected specific apps and configured. Not at all times like in tasker

Ok, what exactly is it you want to do?

This device has a 2nd display. The widemode app allows the apps to occupy both displays. I want to toggle the widemode on whenever it turns off

I don't know your device or app, but you need a trigger of some kind that fire's when widemode turns off, via a plug-in or something
Then an action to turn it back on

Yes there is a tasker plugin. This plugin is used in conjunction with logcat entry that appears.

Have you looked for it in the add trigger section, there might be on option there ?
