I need a call check marcro

I want a marco to check whether a call is connected or not and call again if not connected within specific time limit please help, I am unable to find any trigger for that action.

Situation:- If I call someone and due to network issue call takes more than 25 secs in this case I want that macro shuld drop that call and call again on that number untill call gets answered by the intended person.

I'm still searching a way to figure that out. Is there any way to identify if the call is connected?
