I am new here, please be gentle.
I am hard of hearing and I just got the cochlear implant, but it's still not as good as regular hearing people. The first thing I am asking for is a macro to turn on live caption when phone rings, and off when hang up. My issue is there isn't a live caption action option (yet, I did ask support), so I was wondering if anyone else knew how to do it?
Second thing is when streaming music to my implant, it sometimes (randomly) just sends me static. The fix is to turn off bluetooth, turn it back on, and hit play to resume. But I'm often working in dirt with gloves on, and stopping every so and so minutes, really disrupts my work. As I am new to this, I don't really know how to do it myself, but I guess what I'm looking for is a reset button on my lock screen. Press it and it'll turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and automatically start the music again. Or if there's a way to detect when it's sending me static and just do it on its own? (Doubtful this would work, how would it know it's sending static? Lol)
If anyone could help me with these, or if its simple enough to teach me how to do it myself, I gratefully accept. Wish I found this ages ago.
