Looking for macro for minimizing phone use during working hours.

At one time, I had a script that would give a notification warning if I opened my phone during working hours after a short period of time. If I ignored the warning it would say something like "Shouldn't you be working"

I have searched and cannot find it to start using it again.

Any help or information is greatly appreciated.

There is at least few ways of achieving that.
The easiest, not necesseary the best way is using built in macrodroid stopwatches.
You use trigger screen on. Macro checks stopwatch and if its lower than chosen by you value it will display notification. At the end it resets the stopwatch and starts it again
