Is it possible to create a macro to make a photo, rename the photo and than move it to a google drive map?

Yes, you can. How do you rename after taking a Picture? You can use mv command to rename while the source pictures are stocked in the shared storage.
It might be better to use FolderSync plugin when uploading to your Google drive instead of Google drive app to make sure when the sync will occur as your macro.
I'm not sure which you mean Google my map or your time line on Google maps(or another service for drivers?), probably any location related Google services can detect your pictures on your Google drive even if one or more pictures doesn't contain location data in each exif, with timestamp if another has.

Using the mv command in macrodroid? Or in Windows ?
Can you give me an example macro?
MD has an action named Shell script to access Android internal shell.
It's better to be googling what it is and/or how to use basic UNIX shell commands if you don't know at all.

Yes, it seems quite possible to do that. But I know how to do it through the local cloud. I've been using Upload and Share Your Files for a few years now, it's really handy stuff. You can easily upload absolutely any size file to that cloud. And recently a friend of mine showed me how to change the file name. Turns out it's really easy to do. When you upload a file, there's a "change name" function. But I don't know how to change the file name on Google Drive.
