Macro to Stop Music Playing from APP even after Closing ?

Asking what you don't understand is superior language and proving that i'm superior? OK.. :ROFLMAO:

There are 5 pages here of me (and others) trying to help you in our free time but you don't seem to understand anything, it took 3 pages to find out that your macro had never even invoked (which you could have seen in the blink of an eye), because you never actually closed or force quited the app but were really just removing it from recent apps..

If someone were to tell you to press the power button you would probably come back asking "which one?" :p:ROFLMAO:

I seriously pity your intelligence now, you yourself said that you do not have any of the MIUI or Samsung phones to be able to understand what He was saying, still like a blind person you were like an dumb going on blabbering along what he was saying...

And had you also had the presence of mind you would have realised that the 5 pages you are taking about half of them include about getting ADB permission on the device.

So enough now you have proved you are of no use or help nd you are good for nothing. So do not try to prove anything now, because you proved what you and your so called help is worth of ??

I do not need an MIUI or samsung phone to understand what he means by "set strict battery optimization on soundcloud", but go ahead and pity my intelligence :ROFLMAO:

I have already explained this but let's try it one more time; i was asking what you did not understand (or "blabbering along like a dumb blind person" as you like to call it) to try and help you, but you are to dumb (to use your own words, i was being nice so far) to understand, and you think i'm trying to be "smart and superior"...

Funny to see you talk about presence of mind., i'm not going to say anything more about this because it will likely hurt your feelings further. :ROFLMAO:

I think you are the only one here that is of no use or help (not even to yourself) with your vague answers. You should probably start by learning the basics of your phone and macrodroid, so you will atleast be able to understand those and don't have to ask every single simple step how you have to do it exactly (you could also have just googled MIUI battery optimization and it would probably have told you exactly how to do it, it's not rocket science) and you will also be able to give a clear description of what you are doing. People cannot help you if you give them wrong information, like saying your force quitting an app while you are really just removing it from recents, or tell them an action doesn't work while in reality your macro has never even invoked , or giving vague answers like this "Yes manually stopping".. what kind of answer is this?

Well not force quit, if you are manually doing that everytime you might aswell just press the pause button on the notification yourself..

How were you closing it before trying force quit?
Yes manually stopping. So are we saying that a Macrodroid Macro will not be able to do that ?

Or what about here where you blatantly ignored most of my questions..?

I don't think there is a trigger for that, so no macrodroid cannot do that.

I also assume that when you force quit soundcloud the notification dissapears, so the notification interaction method would not work anyway.

Why are you force quitting the app in the first place? Is it only in an attempt to get it to stop playing music? If so, why don't you just press the pause button on the notification or swipe away/close/delete the notification? Would that not be easier?
No that is the funny part in my phone even when I force Quit the APP which is soundcloud in this case, the notification is still there and the music still keeps playing.

Because strangely i also have Spotify and Apple Music and when I force Quit that. They stop playing.

You say I'm good for nothing while all i've been doing is try to help you in my free time (i just read over the thread and i even had a look at your logs because you were to dumb (to use your own words) to see that the macro had never invoked), good attitude, i'm sure people will line up to help you now!

I will no longer reply to you, i still wish you good luck with your macro and in life though, even after you say i'm good for nothing. ;)

I get worked up when people use smart language with me and prove that they are superior like "what did you not understand about this?" Which you did.

You were just beating around the bush nothing else !! What help did you offer besides just adding to what others had to say ?

Go into settings > apps > manage apps > soundcloud > battery > set the most strict optimizations possible.

Maybe, what you are trying to do is nearly impossible. It's just really hard to sense that you swiped away soundcloud from recent's with tools MacroDroid offers. MacroDroid can't do far from anything, even if it sometimes seems so primitive.

Already tested it yesterday not working.

So but how is it that the stopping of music is already happening with other apps like Spotify and Apple Music the moment I swipe them away the music from that stops ? How is that happening ?

That too without any Macro ?

It's possible that these apps are just written differently to behave differently.
