Macro which plays sound on keyboard language change

Hi,

I need to change language many times during work. And looking at the screen each time to confirm it was changed is not convenient.
I want to create a macro which will play sound (recorded by me) when I change language on keyboard.
I couldn't find where to start.
Can anybody help me with recommendations?

I connect physical keyboard to my Android phone and type on it. I press Ctrl + Space keys on physical keyboard to change language. It's not convenient to check if language was changed each time you change language of keyboard.
