Everything works fine except the launching screen ? Usually when MacroDroid is stuck on launch screen it means it's lagging a lot. Do the macros work when you are on the launch screen ? Did MacroDroid crash at some point or did a dialog box saying that MacroDroid isn't responding popped up ?

Thanks
All's right. Macros work. No crash, no dialog box. Several restarts of my phone...
If I desinstall, I lost my macros?

If AutoBackup is working, the macro can be rescued by copying the .mdr.

Hi, @ruzgar6467.

You may want to try safe mode booting of your Galaxy.
I believe you can boot in safe mode by turning off your Galaxy once and long pressing the volume minus and power button on reboot.
Then start Macrodroid and disable the problematic macros.
I wish you the best of luck.

P.S..
This way you won't lose your precious macros.

Turkish as follows:

Merhaba, @ruzgar6467.

Galaxy'nizi güvenli modda açmayı deneyebilirsiniz.
Galaxy'nizi bir kez kapatarak ve yeniden başlatma sırasında ses eksi ve güç düğmesine uzun basarak güvenli modda önyükleme yapabileceğinize inanıyorum.
Ardından Macrodroid'i başlatın ve sorunlu makroları devre dışı bırakın.
Size bol şans diliyorum.

P.S..
Bu şekilde değerli makrolarınızı kaybetmezsiniz.

There is a quick settings tile that allows you to enable/disable MacroDroid outside the app. Here are the steps to follow.

  1. Open the quick settings tile section of the status bar.
  2. Add a new tile called "Enable/Disable" with a MacroDroid icon.
  3. If the app only crashes when you open it, click this tile to disable MacroDroid. Otherwise, start MacroDroid and quickly click the tile.

Do the following in order.
  1. Disable Macrodroid via Quick setting tile.
  2. Go to Macrodroid App Info, and do 3 and 4.
  3. Set autostart off.
  4. Restrict background activity.
  5. Force stop Macrodroid.
  6. Re-open Macrodroid.
3-4, prevents the OS to start Macrodroid after being killed. Technically, this shouldn't let Macrodroid run the macro while the whole Macrodroid is disabled and inactive.

Anyway, Do you happen to remember what actually triggers the macro? and Which actions do those macros use?

I think that maybe you could have a luck by disabling the permissions related to the macro. MacroDroid would stop running them because of missing permission.

@ruzgar6467 this thread guides you on how you can get your macros without opening MacroDroid. You will NOT lose your macros if you follow any of the methods.

Thanks to all for the great advice here. It only goes to emphasise that with all data that is precious you should backup often to a safe location. The easiest way in MacroDroid for pro users is to just enable the cloud backup feature then if anything disastrous ever happens (including phone stolen/breaking) it will be very easy to restore later.
