Please read what you write after yourself. I can recognize word "nitvwork" as network (maybe I am also wrong), but can't recognize word "fies", so it would make sense with rest of the sentence.

The meaning is this one. With new Android 13 it seems tha a Macrodroid helper has some troubles for example to enable or disable wifi. A pop up message says that it has been developed for previous version of Android and could have problema with current version.
MacroDroid Helper is intentionally targeting Android SDK 21 (Android 5), to obtain access to features that are limited to apps targeting higher Android SDK, so this message you see is normal. But the fact that it can't disable/enable Wi-Fi? Did you try to look into system settings > apps > special access/permission > toggle Wi-Fi state > MD Helper?
