It seems that a new version of Termux has been released on the Google Play Store, but from the information I have gathered, this is an alpha version, and at this time I recommend that those who have installed it from F-Droid not update it.

A Termux update has been distributed on F-Droid, and by updating to 0.118.1, Play Store updates will no longer be notified.
