Reading screen content in the background

In macrodroid, there is option of "screen content' on trigger option, how the system can read the text content in the background then execute the action rather than waiting the text to appear on screen that cause slight delay, by doing so then we can minimize the delay.

Im still new in this group, hoping your thoughts and idea. Sorry for my bad english.
