Turns roaming on/off depending on the country where you are. MCC negative/positive list. ADB is necessary. Root is not necessary.

I have a dual SIM phone (Ulefone Armor 11 5G) and when I change the roaming two parameters in global_setting have to be changed:
data_roaming: the general one
and
data_roaming1
or
data_roaming2
according to SIM card, but even if I had this parameter nothing is changed.

I have root and I did the adb hack. The system run Android 10
