I want to use the android 7 since android 4 can't run the latest version of macro.

I wouldn't use Kingroot in the first place. Try to search for some unlock bootloader tutorial for your phone.

KingRoot is obsolete for android 5 or 6 above, and as recommended by @FrameXX look for a tutorial on YouTube specific to your device, as a bad procedure can end in bootloop and I recommend you to look at the root with magisk
You should also find out if your device requires bootloader unlocking and what is the method to do it (it usually changes for each brand).

I remember first time doing such a thing with my phone (and it was not so long ago) I was totally scared off that my phone would be bricked and even thought the "procedure" wasn't totally smooth it end up well. Just weeks ago I installed my first custom ROM. Glad I did it.

Gush! I was really thinking rooting any device will be as easy as getting d app, installing it and that is it just like kingroot.

Am really scared now.😕

It really depends on how much big loss it would be for you, if you lost your phone and how much big of a win it would be for you to get some features and updates on top. If you will closely follow some tutorial for your phone it should be really ok in most cases. If I wouldn't dare to risk I wouldn't get anywhere and still run non-rooted stock Android 10 on my phone. I am not convincing you to try it. Yes, you will get some extra few features on top, but in the end you will propably end up being same happy as with unmodified software. They are just some neat and cool things you get, but not necessary.

If you didn't even try to play with ADB commands and giving MacroDroid some permission on top I would recommend to try it first before trying to root your phone.

You're asking in the wrong forum. Maybe try searching in XDA.

In a nutshell, you need to use Magisk. Find the stock boot.img for your phone (extract it from a stock ROM or whatever). Patch the boot.img using Magisk. Then, fastboot flash boot boot.img and done. This works for most devices that I've tried, regardless if the brand I'm using is well-known or not.

Just look up Magisk rooting tutorials on XDA, plenty of detailed guides out there.

If you search for Tecno W1 Magisk, you will get a lot of hits, and if you don't understand after reading them, you should give up.
I am not sure if this model can bootloader unlock, but I think you can find the information easily.
