Screen on and off without accessibility

Also, for Honor 10 lite, posting a notification can light up the screen as long as the setting is on: Settings\Notifications\More\Wake screen. Not the best way but better if accessibility services don't work

I think "Keep device awake" action also does not use accessibility.
