Weird problem. It used to work. Not sure if problem is MacroDroid or something else. I can send SMS messages from the Samsung Messages app but not from MacroDroid. I can see the message from MacroDroid in the Messages app on the sending device but it never arrives on the receiving device.
Here is my test macro:

Edit: It still works on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE running Android 12 but it doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy A11 running Android 10. (This is the latest version available on this device.)

Things I have tried:
Complete MacroDroid reinstall including deleting Cache and Data.
Restarting device.
Making sure Chat mode (RCS) is turned off. (It isn't supported on Samsung Messages on Android 10.)

I will have to wait to try swapping the SIMs.

I just got off the phone with T-Mobile. Starting 2 hours ago, I haven't been able to send messages from the Messages app either.
They figured out that my account was flagged as sending Spam because of the number of texts I have been sending while debugging the problem.
They escalated a ticket on it, but it will still take 12 to 48 hours for them to fix it.

I will update you when my phone account is fixed.

Just to confirm there haven't been any changes in this area for some time, so I think it's only a case of your phone network block.

The problem is that MacroDroid stopped sending texts two weeks before the phone network was blocked. For that two weeks, I could send SMS messages from the Messages app but not from MacroDroid. Any suggestions of what to try would be appreciated.

Please confirm your current situation - macro works on one phone with either SIM, identical macro does not work on the other phone with either SIM - is that correct?

I haven't had a chance to swap SIMs yet. Give me a day or two for T-Mobile to get my phone network Spam problem fixed and I will update you. Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm pretty sure you're going to find the problem is caused by the service provider detecting automated/bulk messages and then blocking those messages or all messages as a result.

That could be. This is a second phone line and I have all of the SMS messages forwarded to my main phone line. But it has been working for a couple of years. I will test some more once T-Mobile gets their act together.
But I can't test to much or they will lock me out again. Sending multiple messages a minute during testing is what got my SMS sending privileges revoked on Saturday.
