I have multiple WiFi points both at home and work, and my phone will often sit there grinding away trying to claw messages from a 40% connection, when a 100% option is nearby. Thus messages from my wife or coworker sometimes arrive after they've already made the trip in person to verify. I had been using my old standby app on a 20sec. timer to check signal strength and switch, but I got tired of it using so much battery. Turns out "another app" (which I hate...almost as much as Tasker, which also doesn't have this feature) has a signal strength TRIGGER which is amazingly power-efficient. Naturally I'd rather use MacroDroid...please make it possible!
