When a specific song starts to plays for 30 seconds on Spotify, I want it be dragged to the last 10 seconds whether the app is running.

Even if you are not fluent in English (hope it's your case), I think that any good translator is also able to translate some simple words like "Hello", "Please", "Thank you"...

Anyway, I don't think it's possible to achieve what you want to do (even with UI Interaction).

AutoNotification plugin (paid app) with Media option can at least move the seek bar.

We have to query the media notification first by filling only the Notification Selection section to get duration.

Then use the same action > Media Control > Seek to move the seek bar.

It works well with NewPipe.
