This macro will simply read the number aloud.
I don't want it to speak the number that is calling, I want it to extract the name of the caller using the TrueCaller pop-up.

So here in text field write text that is same in every "incoming call" window. For example text "Mute" or "Keypad" should be same everytime.
Into apps filed choose truecaller and confirm that counfiguration.

After this done. Add some simple action like notification, save macro and try if you get that notifucation when someone's calling.

OK, so after some time I was able to figure it out a bit and play with it.
I still need some help.

Now from here how do I extract only the name (Y) on "element texts"?

This was helpful, but still has issues:
1) It only speaks the first name (first half of the name) and not the last name. (I guess something with regex)
2) It only works when the screen is unlocked, is there a solution to this?

Hi @jhl , I was trying to do the same, but didn't understand a few things. Can you please share the macro, or the screenshots of the settings? Attaching the fields where I don't know what values to put. I have kep the text in "Speak text" literally 't'.

I'm no longer using this macro, since it requires a third party application (touchtask) and doesn't work when the screen is turned on.
You can download what I was using from this thread, what FrameXX made or use the search on MacroDroid.
If you manage to get it to speak while the screen is off I would like to use that.
