Trigger Macro on specific Date of the month anytime of that day

I m trying to make a trigger that should work as soon as the device boots and after boot if its specific date like eg.. 1st February.. it should trigger the macro .
or in a more simple way..when my phone reboots and its 1st of February then trigger should be fired without caring about what time is it..main target is date of month but time option in trigger is making my job difficult can anybody Help me Plss
