TTS using RAM while not in use

Even when MacroDroid is not making the device speak with TTS, it remains in RAM, is this expected behaviour?

it's just ready to run when needed
the ram usage is not real, it's imaginary,
it is paged out of ram (freeing ram) if not used long time and if ram is needed for other operations
and is reloaded when you use TTS again
it's done automatically by Android

Exactly as above, any obsession with RAM is misplaced and really not worth worrying about.

The text to speech engine can take seconds to initialise on some devices, which causes unacceptable delays for many cases, so if I close and initialsie it every time the impact on the user will be real.
