Why is my macro not working

I've been working on this macro that allows me to skip the music when I double tap my airpods but the problems is that when I test the trigger(in the app ) it works yet when I do it manually (directly not from the app ) it doesn't work at all
Is there Any permission or something I should ativate
Ps: i was wondering if it's the notification Wich says standard mode (should I change it )

A bunch of people told me OPPO devices should prevent MD volume manipulation from working in the background. Their sister company, OnePlus and/or Realme, might have similar policies.

I don't know what app you use to play music but if it has a notification that let's you control the media player then you can use the "Notification interaction" action, i find it to be way more reliable then the control media action itself.

I'm sure it has got nothing to do with the macrodroid notification that says standard, this is just the current macrodroid mode.

You don't specify which device type you have but it is always worth a check on dontkillmyapp.com to ensure your device is configured to prevent it killing background apps which is often the cause of things working when MacroDroid is open but not when in the background.
