Auto delete old or undelivered / failed sms

Hi, is there a way to auto delete sms older than a certain amount of minutes and to auto delete undelivered failed sms? I am new to this, please be gentle.

Sorry it's no longer possible for anything but the default SMS app to write to the SMS inbox. Many years ago MacroDroid had a delete SMS action but sadly there is no way this can be done on modern Android OS versions.
