In my macro I would like to create and add a stopwatch that starts from a value chosen by me, and not from 00:00:00.
How could I make it?

Sorry but it doesn't seem to make sense. Unless if it resumes after a pause, a stopwatch always begins at 0 value. It is a time counter, not a clock.

Depending on what you want to achieve, maybe you'd better use a Wait action or a Time based trigger.
