Is it possible to input USSD code with screen locked using macrodroid

I have a problem of notification with microg for a huawei phone and want to restart the notification when it's killed by huawei powergenie app. I tried to use UI interation but it doesn't work with screen locked. So is there a way to input USSD code using macrodroid? Thanks!

I wonder if launch app would restart it.

Use adb to disable powergenie app.
This will eliminate the issue you are having and improve the phone's performance.
