MacroDroid Trigger on Low Storage?

Hey guys, just wondering if there was a way to trigger a MacroDroid macro when available storage drops below a certain percentage? Basically I'd like a couple of folders on my internal storage to be moved to my SD card once the internal storage drops below 8% or so. I created a Macro that looks for a notification called "Storage running out", but unfortunately Android breaks things by this stage so the Macro doesn't seem to fire on my device (old Lenovo K3 Note). Suggestions on how to achieve this would be appreciated.

Hi, @at-sdeto,

I offer you a shell-scripted solution, which may assume that you have the old MD helper in place.

Could you try the attached macro?

It's when the system thinks there's not enough space left for normal operation I suppose. It's not something you can change unless you modify the OS.
What an answer! Since when has the system been thinking? 😃😃

According to the threshold, it seems it's possible to change it in the Global system settings but I can't find any of these keys sys_storage_threshold_max_bytes nor sys_storage_threshold_percentage
