I mean switching speaker during call phone when you click on speaker switch button.
I get attached file for explain better what I mean.

There is macro option that can do switch speaker during call phone?

If I understand you correctly, you are looking to press a macrodroid button to either turn on or off the speakerphone while on a call. If I am understanding you directly, you could do this with ui interaction actions to push the speaker button on the call interface but I expect it would be more complex than it's worth as you were already talking about pushing a button.

I would like during any call, if connected to bluetooth, the call needs to switch via bluetooth if it didn't, then press the speaker button and select bluetooth.

Most phone interfaces already have this built in (either via speaker or Bluetooth icon). If the interface already supports it then macrodroid can probably use the ui interaction action to activate it. But it would be easier to just push the button yourself. Alternatively, if the phone interface does not have the option, there would be nothing for macrodroid to "click" on your behalf through the ui interaction action. Sorry

In Android versions since Android 10, the speakerphone action will often not work. I believe most devices should display a notification when a call is in active and one of the action buttons will toggle the speakerphone. I would therefore suggest trying the notification interaction action to press this notification action button.
