Can someone give me a YouTube automation Macro that sets the speed to 1.5 whenever I watch a video

I know it wasn't asked, but I can recommend you to use NewPipe. It's free without all the YouTube ads and premium trash and when you set a custom video speed it remembers that settings for every video and even after you close and open the app. It has some flaws, but most of the time it's very functional and neat to use for me.
