Action to wake phone up out of standby

What action is there to or what would I use to wake up samsung mobile out of standby (sleep) using macrodroid? - so what it is I am trying to write a macro that when the screen is in standby (sleep) and an incoming call comes in it wakes up screen and at full brightness and telling me what number is calling and keeping the screen lit (not home screen, the lockscreen) with the words 'missed call' until I interact with the phone - but I cannot find out what action wakes up the screen.
