how can I make that the WAZE app will open in the background?
I want for example when I connect Bluetooth to a particular device the app will open in the background.
Where is the possibility of opening in the background?

You could try opening the app and then immediately moving it to the background. MacroDroid can detect the foreground app, open another app (which will become the new foreground app), and then bring the 'old' foreground app back to the foreground again.
