Android 11 upgrade destroys macro

Hey there,
I recently upgraded my Oneplus 6 from Android 10 to 11 and I noticed, that one of my macros doesn't work anymore.

I've got an app which uses the phone's microphone as the micro of my pc (WoMic).

My starting macro works fine. It creates a notification, which pops up when connecting to a pc. Clicking the notification opens the app.

When WoMic is running there is a notification, that closes the app by clicking.
(Not from MacroDroid)

My closing macro gets triggered by disconnecting. After a while it clicks the closing notification and deletes all created notifications. (That's how it worked before)

Now there's no interaction at all with notifications. Testing the actions solo also doesn't work :/

Does anyone have similar experiences or a solution/workaround?

Thanks in advance!

If you backup your macros and clear MacroDroid apps data and import them again it may help to fix permissions

I'm having a problem with accessibility.
MD keeps telling me to set it, but I can't see how.
I didn't have this problem with 10!

Well, I did what Jacob suggested, but didn't read the small print and have lost my auto backed up macros🙄
See what happens when I create them again!

Have you checked the clud backup options? There are local and cloud in the red tile called Backup.

I went to look at the cloud and it wanted me to sign in, so I came straight out. This time it was quicker than me and showed me my backups😁

Never mind, I've re-entered the few that I had written and nothing about accessibility has cropped up. So, I guess it may have been a leftover from a previous macro or I've forgotten one😂
Or your suggestion fixed it. 👍

Anyway, all looking OK for now.
Thanks

So that you know, there is an action called export macros, which will allow them to be sent to a specific folder which you can sync to where ever if you need. I recommend Foldersync app

I make a backup every 6 hours as exactly same as @Jacob L said. I could recover all of my macro files when I encountered a crash and lost everything accidentally.

alright. I completely reinstalled the app and imported my macros back. When i disabled and re-enabled this macro, a message popped up, to give permission to notifications.
Everything works now :D thank you!!

It's always worth checking the troubleshooting section via the side menu on the home page as this can be used to identify any missing permissions or settings that need to be configured.
