"Applications Closed: All" trigger too sensitive, how to add exceptions?

I am trying to make a macro that activates my screensaver a few seconds after closing an app. It seems to be too sensitive, activating when I launch an app as well (triggered by the Moto App Launcher closing.) Is there a way to add exceptions so that certain apps don't activate the trigger but most do?
