Auto answer Whatsapp call

Hi folks,
I do a lot of driving and would like to be able to autoanswer Whatsapp calls when they come in. I tried UI interaction on the Answer/Decline notification but for for some reason that doesn't seem to work. I can see the notification pop up on my android head unit that my phone is connected to but for some reason it only shows Reject call button.
So.... is there a way to have Google assistant or even Alexa app answer my Whatsapp call after waiting a few seconds or just have MacroDroid answer the call? I have the macros to detect when my phone is connected to my bluetooth and switches on the tethering and when a call comes in from the phone or whatsapp apps the bluetooth volume is boosted and they work just fine.
I can answer normal phone calls on my head unit normally via the answer/reject button that pops up...

I'm pretty new to this so that shorthand is pretty confusing for me! I tried doing what I think you tried to outline but no success... could you be a little more specific please?

WhatsApp_call_manager.macro, this will allow you to copy the notification interaction action to your macro. If you need further help then let us know

You simply need to do something like this:

T - Incoming Notification (Whatsapp)
Maybe add some text to identify that it's a call and not a message.

A - Notificaton Interaction.
Configure it to press the second button which should answer the call.
