Buying MD - About in-app purchases

I've been trying MD for a few time, and I've decided it's time to buy it on PlayStore.
I just have this issue. In PlayStore, it says:

"In app purchases from 2.39 to 10 euros per item"

What does that mean? How much do I have to pay to use the full pro version?

I don't know the exact price but use the button that says "upgrade to pro" and the current price will appear.

What you are seeing on playstore is why macrodroid supports donations and they are "items" (small, medium and large donation)
