Colour Text in diolog display

Can you add colour to the text in the diolog display box,or is there a plug in or something you can use.
CHANGEING the background colour would be good as well..

This can be done with the UiTask plugin.
I will not lecture on the detailed usage of the plugin, so please use your own trial-and-error method.
