Could someone explain the use of chronometers as triggers ?

Hello, all,

I´m trying to create a macro to mute the phone after some time. I chose the chronometer trigger and set it to 30 minutes for example. It asks a name for it.
Well, when the time comes, it simply doesn´t work. What am I doing doing wrong ? Does macrodroid hasn´t an internal chronometer ?

Thanks !

The stopwatch trigger fires when the named stopwatch reaches the time you specify -- but the stopwatch has to be started somehow (manually, or another macro) in order for that time to be reached.

You can see your stopwatch by tapping the Stopwatch icon on MacroDroid's main page. You can start (and stop) a stopwatch there, manually. That can be helpful when testing a stopwatch trigger.

You can stop, pause, reset (set to zero), and reset & restart a stopwatch via the macro action Date/Time > Stopwatch
