Data connection only condition

I recently purchased a 2022 corolla, it has a USB data connection only which I need to have as a condition for a script, if plugged in, don't run another script is my goal as the second script prevents the first from working.

I can't find a constraint for USB however, you could try notification present/not present. Usually USB connections cause a notification
