Discount version to purchase macrodriod disappears upon uninstalling the app

Today I saw discount offer to purchase lifetime premium version at very discount money for 24 hours time limit but when I uninstall the application the discount offer to purchase in the premium version disappears. How to get the option of discount

I mean discount offer time was remaining tomorrow it will end but unfortunately I uninstalled the application and this offer disappears. I want that this offer will again appear in the app I will purchase it
