Hi everyone
I got an issue with a macro
When the BT of my car is disconnected, i want to switch off dnd mode on the phone

The issue is that, at the end of the actions, the silent mode automatically switch off and i don't want it

I attach a screenshot of the macro

I have the same macro which starts at 7a.m. and doesn't have this problem

Many thanks to everyone and aorry for my bad english

The macro that starts at 7am has identical actions to the screenshot macro?

The only difference is the trigger?

If not, posting a screenshot of the working 7am macro would be useful, preferably in English.

This is the other one

Just the trigger

It's driving me mad
The actions are different.

In the non working macro there is an extra action, the last one. This is almost certainly causing the issue

Delete this action.

Alternatively, just add the BT disconnect trigger to the working macro and delete the non working macro.

I tried but it doesn't work
If i add the event in the working macro, it will work only if the two events have success? Or if just one of the goes on?

A trigger is an event and having multiple triggers means the macro will run when any one of the triggers fire.

Add the trigger and test the macro. This will also answer your question.

Bad news
It worked when i tried the macro inside the macrodroid app

Now, when the phone is really disconnected from the BT, i have the same issue: the silent mode automatically switch off

If i launch the macro from a link i have 9n the home screen it works fine

I really don't understand 🤷🏿‍♂️

Do you think is the same if i put the silent mode at the end? Maybe a i try with BT earphones

I just tried with BT earphone, putting the silent mode action as the last one and the issue is still there

You mean before all the actions? Or the silent mode action?

You were right
I put it before the silent mode action

Now it seems to work properly

Ok. So my guess is. You know how when you connect headphones and change the volume but it goes back to the state it was when connected shortly after when you do it too quickly?
Thats probably close to what was happening here, it changed to silent too quickly and it was changed back when phone changed volume stream and recognized device was disconnected
