Do not disturb for a while

Hello !

With my old smartphone, I could define a time to apply the Do Not Disturb mode. For 10 minutes, 1 hour, what I want.
Now, it's impossible without an app.

I'm discovering Macrodroid for a couple of days, and maybe I can retrieve that function ?!

But I didn't find a macro for that, and I don't find action(s) to do this.

So, does it possible and how ?
With a widget button, that would be great

If you have an answer, thank you.
And if you have the answer in French, that would be wonderful 😅

Have a good day

i did have 4 years of french classes but all i know is "je m'appelle", so i'll just write in english :ROFLMAO:

this screenshot is one example of what you could do, basically you just enter the time you want do not disturb to be on for in minutes, then multiply that variable by 60 to get the seconds, then turn do not disturb on, and then use a wait action to wait for the variable amount of seconds before turning do not disturb back off.

@420 thank you so much !! I configured that, I will try. If I don't come back, that works !
Variables stay a little mysterious for me ^^

@Dm114 thanks, but that don't give a time to activate de DND mode.

The example given by 420 is a good one to begin with. Now, it depends on how you want to apply DND (Do Not Disturb) mode. Is it time based (from a specific hour for a known period of time) or on demand (like in 420's example)?

To run your macro, don't forget to add a trigger according to your needs.

I would suggest you to have a look to MD Wiki to better understand how MD (MacroDroid) works...

Good luck!
